Lots of fun trailers to share with everyone this week from the world of comics, horror, and Johnny Depp‘s inner Native-American! Take a look at the teasers and trailers below!
First up, is the CinemaCon Trailer for the newest The Wolverine movie. I have LIKED the other trailers, but this one actually got me excited for the film. The action looks a lot more slick and you finally get your first look at Silver Samurai. The Wolverine will be released on July 26th.
Next, we have a Russian triailer for The Lone Ranger. We get a lot more footage in this one, and it looks like Johnny Depp, Armie Hammer, and Gore Verbinski have a pretty big hit on their hands. The film is due out July 3rd.
Eli Roth has been a busy man. He’s directing his own Cannibal Holocaust flick, produced the Netflix-series, Hemlock Grove, and is starring in the Earthquake-horror film, Aftershock. It’ll be open in limited release on May 10th.
It’s been a while since we’ve seen Stephen Sommers (The Mummy, G. I. Joe), but it looks like he’s still working. His newest film, Odd Thomas, stars Anton Yelchin as a short-order cook that can talk with the dead. The movie also has Willem Dafoe in it, so it’ll probably be great. I’ve always liked Sommers work, so I’m looking forward to this film! It doesn’t have a release date yet.
Finally, we have the launch trailer for Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. There’s not much to say that can be explained about the footage below. It’s an acid trip on 80’s awesomeness!
