Hello Towelites,
Casey here in place of Moses as he’s on vacation doing something wonderful and amazing and I’m gonna just wax poetic about some upcoming blu-ray releases. Let’s get into it, shall we?
First up, is the movie Marshall. I haven’t seen it personally but I heard good things and look at that cast. Chadwick Boseman, Josh Gad, and Kate Hudson. That’s an all-star team right there. Plus, who doesn’t like a good biographical piece?
Next is, The Foreigner with Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan. Again, didn’t see it; but that doesn’t mean I didn’t want to see it. This one looks like another Taken-esque film and that’s alright. Both actors are always good and I always like to see Chan kick some ass.
Finally, Stephen King’s IT. The movie was flipping amazing! Take Stranger Things and A Nightmare on Elm Street and that pretty much sums up the plot of the best horror film of 2017. Heck, it honestly was one of the best films of last year. I really wish they would make a totally more awesome awards ceremony for genre films because I’d guarantee you this would take the ‘Most Creepy Weirdo’ award. Sorry Clint Howard.
What’s coming out next week? I’m not entirely sure, hopefully some gems from last year that I also seemed to miss in the theatre. Any who, by that time Moses will be back to talk to you about it so tootles!
