Its another week and we’ve got quite a bit of releases to get to including: Dogs that won’t leave children alone, Mistresses of the Dark, Zombies who just can’t quit, and so much more.
Scooby-Doo Where Are You! The Complete Series (Blu-ray)
Childhood comes home in the form of Scooby-Doo. I’ve loved the series since I was a kid and this goes to the top of my list for nostalgia purposes.
True Detective S3 (Blu-ray)
I can’t even begin to get into how brilliant this season was. The actors were all brilliant spanning a story that goes through 30 years. Damn.
Elvira: Mistress of the Dark (Blu-ray)
You know, I haven’t seen an Elvira film since a kid but maybe nows the time to get back into them. You gotta love someone who enjoys Halloween as much as I do and has a sick sense of humor.
Batman 80th Anniversary Film Collection (Blu-ray)
Not sure why you’ve waited until now to get all the Batman Animated films, but I guess that’s a YOU problem. Anyway, now you can get them all into one big collection for the 80th anniversary of the Caped Crusader
Ma (Blu-ray, DVD, Digital)
By far one of the most messed up movies I’ve seen this year. Another Blumhouse masterpiece.
Rambo (4K, Blu-ray, DVD, Digital)
You know that time when Rambo was basically Jason Voorhees in the jungle? Yeah well this is that film and it’s awesome.
Booksmart (Blu-ray, DVD, Digital)
I hate to say that this is Superbad with girls, but it is. That’s not a bad thing, Superbad is awesome and so is this film.
MIB (4K, Blu-ray, DVD, Digital)
Oh Sony being Sony. Making movies that no one asked for.
The Dead Don’t Die (Digital)
I thought the trailer looked good but not good enough for me to get to the theatre. It’s on digital today so I guess I should just go and rent it.
X-Men Dark Phoenix (Digital)
I’ve heard this movie is a complete pile of garbage then set on fire and left in front of someones front door. I will see it, eventually; but there’s no rush.
