Kevin Smith is busy in Charlotte, North Carolina shooting his newest film Tusk. Today, he shares his first set photo with stars, Haley Joel Osment and Genesis Rodriguez in a walrus costume. The film “follows a podcaster who sets out to interview an eccentric, reclusive old seafarer, only to find himself a plaything in the gruesome plot of a deranged killer.“
The film also stars Justin Long and Michael Parks. The last time Smith took on horror, we saw Red State. I thought the movie started out well enough, but then got super weird and preachy and I gave up interest in it. Let’s hope he redeems himself with Tusk, or at least decides to make Clerks 3 afterwards.
