Aquaman splashes into the #1 spot at the Box Office for the 2nd weekend in a row by taking in another $51.5 million. That’s huge numbers here in the States with it’s domestic total now more than $188 million and over $748 million Worldwide. For a bit of perspective on just how well Aquaman is doing, the Jason Momoa-led film is now the 3rd highest grossing film for DC behind Wonder Woman ($821 million) and Batman v Superman ($873 million).

Trailing behind Aquaman is Mary Poppins Returns and Bumblebee by earning $28 million and $20 million, respectively. The rest of the Top Ten are below.

1.Aquaman $51,550,000

2.Mary Poppins Returns $28,019,000

3.Bumblebee $20,500,000

4.Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse $18,315,000

5.The Mule $11,780,000

7.Holmes & Watson $7,300,000

8.Second Act $7,210,000

9.Ralph Breaks the Internet $6,532,000

10.The Grinch $4,200,000

Next weekend, Aquaman will likely be #1 again for the third week as it has relatively no competition. Take note Disney, if you would have released Solo at this time instead of May all that Aquaman money would be shared with you. Anywho, see you in a week on the next edition of Weekend Roundup!
