Happy New Year, Towelites! We’re over the hump and into 2015. If 2014 didn’t bring you the game of your dreams, perhaps this year will be it. We got a few great titles and perhaps some that…could have been better.
Funk of Titans, from A Crowd of Monsters
The new releases this week are mostly of the indie persuasion with a little of everything. Project Aura tackles the issue of climate change with a simulation and strategy title. If you’ve longed for the day that Greek Mythology, platform gaming, and Funk music came together, you’re in luck: Funk of Titans is an Xbox One exclusive that combines all of this and more and will be available on January 9th. Fire is a whimsical looking puzzle game and Boid is a Real-Time-Strategy title.
